A new moon in Libra tomorrow along with an amplifying eclipse, helps us rethink what’s happening in all our relationship departments! A review is in order whether in primary, secondary, work, or other relationships.

And let’s not forget the most important relationship of all, which is the relationship with ourselves.

Balance is in constant flux.

It’s a myth that we can always have a perfect balance. However, we can best serve all our relationships when we prioritize ourselves first, and do the things that keep us grounded, healthy, and happy.

This is not selfish by any means. It’s essential to make the best decisions for ourselves and the good of everyone. This doesn’t mean we don’t care about others or their feelings and concerns, but, if our ship is sinking we can’t possibly help anyone else.

Libra is represented by the scales. A measurement device. If you examine your current relationships on a scale from 1-10 where do each of them stand? Are any relationships overly taxing and requiring more of your time and attention than you want? No right or wrong here, but, how do you feel about it?

Robbing someone of their self-reliance is enabling helplessness.

There are always new and better choices, boundaries, and delegations we could make.

I’ve noticed how so many women sacrifice themselves in relationships and wait until they’re exhausted, sick, or in some kind of extreme circumstance before they decide to make a change.

If this is one of your patterns, use this moment to take a closer look at each of your relationships and then plan on how to re-address them if needed.

Also, look at the Libras in your life. (people born September 21- October 21) These people may serve as important mirrors and teachers for you now. My moon is in Libra and in the sixth house so I’ll factor in my work and service relationships.

Where is Libra in your chart?

Imbalance is often created by over-analyzing or doubting ourselves and or by over-extending and depleting our energy. That said, it’s important to find clarity before making decisions and taking action.

Using a scale to weigh your issues and options, especially in relationships, will help you find the clarity you need before you go about re-calibrating them.

In other words, simplify and balance that which is out of alignment dear Goddess.
